Assessment

After finishing the training, you'll take an online test. It consists of 10 multiple-choice questions, and you need to score at least 80% to pass. Your answers are graded automatically, so you'll immediately know your result. If you don't pass, don't worry! You can retake the test as many times as you want without any extra cost.

Manual Handling Practical Part

You can begin the practical part of the exam immediately after completing and passing the theoretical section. Our instructors are always online and ready to assist you. The practical segment is conducted live through a webinar with an instructor and typically lasts about 15 minutes. There are no additional fees for this segment; the course price includes both the theoretical component and the self-assessment.


✅ Alternatively, we offer an efficient option for completing the practical part of the course. You can record a video demonstrating how to safely lift and carry a load. Ensure you lift it from the floor, place it on a table or any suitable surface, and then return it to the floor, following all necessary steps. 

✅ Once you've recorded the video, send it to us via WhatsApp at +353894631967 . Our instructors will review it and confirm your completion of the practical portion. Your details will then be updated in our system, and a confirmation email will be sent to you along with a new certificate including the practical part information.
