CPR Training - Life-Saving Technique

How to Perform CPR - Step-by-Step Guide

Learning CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) is a critical part of any emergency first aid at work course. Follow these steps aligned with the European Resuscitation Council (ERC) Guidelines and the Irish Heart Foundation recommendations. This CPR training knowledge is covered in our first aid course.

1

Check for Danger

Ensure the scene is safe for you, the casualty, and bystanders. Do not put yourself at risk. Remove hazards if possible.

2

Check for Response

Gently shake the casualty's shoulders and shout "Are you alright?" Look for any response - movement, eye opening, or verbal response.

3

Call 112 or 999

If the casualty is unresponsive, call emergency services immediately. In Ireland, dial 112 or 999. Ask someone to bring an AED (defibrillator) if available.

4

Open the Airway

Tilt the head back gently by lifting the chin (head-tilt, chin-lift manoeuvre). This opens the airway and allows you to check for breathing.

5

Check for Normal Breathing

Look, listen, and feel for normal breathing for no more than 10 seconds. Occasional gasps are NOT normal breathing. If not breathing normally, begin CPR.

6

Give 30 Chest Compressions

Place the heel of one hand on the centre of the chest (lower half of the breastbone). Place your other hand on top, interlocking fingers. Press down 5-6 cm deep at a rate of 100-120 compressions per minute. Allow the chest to fully recoil between compressions.

7

Give 2 Rescue Breaths

Tilt the head back, lift the chin, pinch the nose shut. Seal your mouth over the casualty's mouth and blow steadily for about 1 second, watching the chest rise. Give 2 breaths. If uncomfortable with rescue breaths, continue compression-only CPR.

8

Continue 30:2 Ratio Until Help Arrives

Continue the cycle of 30 compressions to 2 rescue breaths without stopping until emergency services arrive, an AED is attached, or the casualty begins breathing normally. Use an AED as soon as available - follow the voice prompts.

Content aligned with European Resuscitation Council (ERC) Guidelines and Irish Heart Foundation CPR recommendations. Last reviewed: April 2026.

Primary Survey Protocol

What is DRABC in First Aid? The Primary Survey

The DRABC protocol (also known as the Primary Survey) is the systematic approach taught in every emergency first aid at work course. It provides a structured framework for assessing and managing any emergency situation. Our first aid training covers this in detail.

The Emergency First Aid at Workplace Training typically takes approximately 45 minutes to complete from start to finish, although the exact duration can vary depending on your individual learning pace, how thoroughly you engage with each module, and whether you have any prior knowledge or experience with first aid concepts and procedures. Our First Aid Online course is designed to be entirely self-paced, which means you have complete flexibility and control over how quickly or slowly you work through the course modules-there's absolutely no pressure to complete everything in one session. Unlike traditional classroom-based First Aid Training Ireland programmes that require you to physically attend at a specific venue on a specific date and time, our innovative online Emergency First Aid at Workplace Course allows you to start your training whenever you're ready, pause at any point if you need to take a break or deal with other commitments, and resume exactly where you left off whenever it suits you. Your learning progress is automatically and continuously saved to our secure servers, so you never lose your place-you could complete module one on Monday morning, module two during your lunch break on Wednesday, and finish the remaining modules and assessment over the weekend. This exceptional flexibility makes our Emergency First Aid at Workplace Dublin course ideal for busy working professionals across Ireland who need to fit their First Aid Training around demanding work schedules, family responsibilities, childcare arrangements, shift patterns, or other personal commitments. The First Aid Course is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, so whether you prefer to study early in the morning before work, during your commute on public transport, during your lunch break at the office, in the evening after the children are in bed, or late at night when the house is quiet, you have full unrestricted access to all learning materials at times that work best for your individual circumstances. Many learners in Dublin, Cork, Galway, Limerick, Belfast and throughout Ireland and the UK complete the entire Emergency First Aid at Workplace Training in a single focused study session of about an hour, while others prefer to spread their learning over several days or even a week-our platform accommodates all learning styles and preferences, and the choice is entirely yours.
Your Emergency First Aid at Workplace Certificate is valid for a period of 2 years (24 months) from the date of successful completion of the course and assessment. This validity period is carefully designed to align precisely with the official recommendations of the Health and Safety Authority (HSA) in Ireland, the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) in the United Kingdom, and is consistent with best practice guidelines for first aid training across Europe and internationally. The 2-year certification period represents the standard industry practice for Emergency First Aid at Workplace Training and ensures that first aiders maintain current knowledge and competence. After the 2-year certification period expires, you will need to complete a First Aid Refresher course to renew your certification, update your skills, and maintain your official status as a qualified workplace first aider recognised by your employer and regulatory authorities. Completing regular Emergency First Aid at Workplace Refresher training is absolutely essential for several important reasons: it ensures your first aid skills remain current, sharp, and ready to be deployed in an emergency situation; it reinforces key life-saving techniques such as CPR, AED use, and bleeding control that you may not have had the opportunity to use in real practice situations; it updates your knowledge with any changes to first aid protocols, guidelines, or best practices that may have been introduced since your last certification; it maintains your confidence and psychological readiness to respond effectively when someone in your workplace needs immediate emergency medical assistance; and it ensures continuous compliance with your employer's health and safety requirements and Irish workplace safety legislation. Ireland Safety Training offers convenient, affordable online First Aid Refresher courses specifically designed for those renewing their Emergency First Aid at Workplace Certificate, allowing you to refresh your First Aid Cert quickly and efficiently from home or work without the need to attend classroom sessions. Many employers in Dublin, throughout Ireland, across the UK, and in Europe require their designated first aiders to maintain continuously valid certification without any gaps, so we strongly recommend setting a calendar reminder approximately 4-6 weeks before your current First Aid Certificate expires to ensure you have sufficient time to complete your Emergency First Aid at Workplace Refresher training and receive your new certificate without any lapse in your certification status that could affect your workplace compliance.
Under the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 and associated Irish health and safety legislation, employers in Ireland have a clear legal duty and responsibility to ensure adequate first aid arrangements are in place for all their employees. This legal requirement means that virtually every workplace in Dublin, across Ireland, throughout the UK, and Europe should have at least one person who has been properly trained in Emergency First Aid at Workplace skills and holds a current, valid First Aid Certificate from an accredited training provider. The number of trained first aiders required depends on factors including the size of your workforce, the nature of workplace hazards present, and the geographical spread of your work locations. First Aid Training Ireland is particularly essential and often legally required for the following categories of workers and professionals: designated workplace first aiders and appointed persons who are officially responsible for first aid arrangements and emergency response within an organisation; health and safety officers, safety managers, and compliance professionals responsible for ensuring workplace safety compliance with HSA regulations; employees working in high-risk environments such as construction sites, building projects, civil engineering works, manufacturing facilities, factories, production lines, warehouses, distribution centres, and laboratories where the risk of injury is elevated; healthcare workers including registered nurses, care assistants, home help workers, healthcare assistants, support workers, and patient-facing staff working in hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and community care settings across Ireland; childcare workers, crèche staff, childminders, teachers, teaching assistants, school secretaries, caretakers, and educational staff who work directly with children, young people, and vulnerable individuals; retail staff, shop assistants, store managers, supermarket workers, shopping centre personnel, and customer-facing employees who may need to assist members of the public experiencing medical emergencies; hospitality workers including hotel reception staff, housekeeping teams, restaurant servers, chefs, kitchen staff, bar workers, pub staff, and event personnel; office workers, administrative staff, receptionists, and employees in any professional business environment from small offices to large corporate headquarters; construction workers, building contractors, tradespeople, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, roofers, scaffolders, and site operatives working on construction projects throughout Ireland and the UK; warehouse operatives, forklift drivers, logistics coordinators, delivery drivers, couriers, and transportation personnel; employers, business owners, company directors, HR managers, and team leaders who want to ensure their workplace meets all HSA safety requirements and can demonstrate due diligence; and self-employed individuals, sole traders, and freelancers who work alone, with clients, or alongside others. Even if you're not officially designated as a workplace first aider, having First Aid Training is an incredibly valuable life skill that could help you save a life not only at work, but also at home with family members, in public places, while travelling, or anywhere an emergency might occur. The Emergency First Aid at Workplace Course provides comprehensive knowledge and practical skills that benefit absolutely everyone, regardless of their specific job role, industry sector, or employment status.

Our Emergency First Aid at Workplace Training platform has been professionally designed and developed from the ground up to be fully responsive and works seamlessly across all types of devices including smartphones (both iPhone iOS and Android devices of all screen sizes), tablets (including iPads, Samsung Galaxy tablets, and all Android tablets), laptops (Windows, MacOS, and Chromebooks), and desktop computers. The First Aid Online course has been specifically optimised to provide an excellent, engaging, and effective learning experience regardless of which device you choose to use for your training. All course content including text, images, diagrams, video demonstrations of CPR and other first aid techniques, interactive learning elements, quiz questions, and the final assessment are fully optimised for mobile viewing and interaction. This means text is perfectly readable without zooming, buttons and interactive elements are appropriately sized for easy tapping with fingers, navigation menus work intuitively on touchscreens, videos play smoothly and can be viewed in full screen mode, and the overall user experience is just as good on a 6-inch smartphone screen as it is on a 27-inch desktop monitor. This truly mobile-friendly design means you can complete your Emergency First Aid at Workplace Training from literally anywhere you have an internet connection-at home on your couch, at your desk in the office, in a coffee shop during a break, on public transport during your daily commute to work in Dublin or elsewhere, in a hotel room while travelling for business, in a waiting room during appointments, or even outdoors in your garden on a sunny day. Your course progress is automatically and continuously synchronised across all your devices through our cloud-based learning platform, which means you could start the Emergency First Aid at Workplace Course on your desktop computer at work during a quiet period, continue working through a few modules on your smartphone while commuting home on the bus or Luas, and then complete the final assessment on your tablet while relaxing at home in the evening. This seamless cross-device experience is one of the most appreciated features among our learners in Dublin, Cork, Galway, Limerick, Belfast, and across Ireland, the UK and Europe, as it provides maximum flexibility to fit First Aid Training around busy schedules without being tied to a specific computer or location.
Yes, absolutely! If you don't pass the assessment on your first attempt, there's no need to worry at all-you can retake it as many times as you need at no additional cost whatsoever. Unlimited assessment retakes are fully included with your Emergency First Aid at Workplace Course purchase as standard, and there will never be any additional fee charged regardless of how many attempts you require. Our First Aid Training has an impressive 98% pass rate overall, which reflects the exceptional quality of our course content, the clear and engaging way information is presented throughout the modules, and the comprehensive preparation our course provides for the assessment. The assessment is specifically designed to test and verify your genuine understanding of key first aid concepts, emergency response procedures, and life-saving techniques-it is not designed to trick you, confuse you, or catch you out with obscure questions. All assessment questions are based directly and fairly on the material covered in the course modules, so if you've worked through the content carefully, paid attention to the video demonstrations, and engaged with the interactive elements, you should feel confident and well-prepared going into the assessment. However, if you don't pass on your first attempt, please don't be discouraged or stressed-this happens occasionally, and our system is designed to support you. You have full freedom to review any or all of the course modules again to refresh your knowledge and reinforce key concepts before retaking the assessment. There's no mandatory waiting period between attempts, and you can retake the assessment immediately after reviewing the relevant content if you wish. Some learners prefer to retake immediately while the material is fresh, while others prefer to take a break, revisit the course content more thoroughly, and attempt again the next day-both approaches are completely fine. Our absolute goal is to ensure that every single learner successfully completes their Emergency First Aid at Workplace Certificate and gains the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to respond effectively and save lives in real emergency situations. Whether you're in Dublin city, the Dublin suburbs, elsewhere in Ireland, anywhere in the UK, or throughout Europe, we want your First Aid Training experience to be successful, stress-free, and ultimately rewarding.
Yes, without question! Our online Emergency First Aid at Workplace Training has been specifically designed to be equally effective as traditional classroom-based First Aid Courses, and in many important ways actually offers significant additional advantages that enhance the learning experience and improve knowledge retention. Our First Aid Training Ireland programme utilises cutting-edge modern eLearning techniques and multimedia content delivery methods that have been proven by educational research to enhance learning outcomes, including high-quality professional video demonstrations of CPR chest compressions and rescue breaths, correct recovery position placement, proper wound care and bleeding control techniques, AED defibrillator use, choking response procedures, and other essential first aid skills filmed with professional mannequins and equipment; interactive learning modules that actively engage learners, test understanding in real-time, and reinforce key concepts through immediate feedback; clear visual guides, annotated diagrams, and step-by-step photographic instructions for each first aid procedure; scenario-based learning activities that help you understand how to apply first aid skills in realistic workplace situations similar to what you might actually encounter; and comprehensive assessment questions to ensure you've properly understood and retained all the important information before receiving your First Aid Certificate. The content of our Emergency First Aid at Workplace Course is developed by fully qualified health and safety professionals, experienced first aid instructors, and medical consultants with extensive real-world experience in workplace first aid training and emergency response. The course material is regularly and systematically reviewed, evaluated, and updated by our expert team to ensure it always reflects current best practices, the latest guidelines from organisations like the Resuscitation Council, and any changes to regulatory requirements. Online First Aid Training Online also offers very significant practical advantages over traditional classroom-based courses that many learners and employers increasingly recognise and value: the ability to learn at your own comfortable pace rather than trying to absorb large amounts of information in a single intensive day-long classroom session; the flexibility to revisit any module, video, or topic as many times as needed to fully understand and remember the content; zero travel time or costs associated with physically attending a training venue which could be hours away; no need to coordinate schedules with other participants, instructors, or venue availability; 24/7 availability so you can complete your First Aid Course whenever genuinely suits your schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; and the ability to pause and resume your training around work and personal commitments. Our Emergency First Aid at Workplace Certificate carries exactly the same official recognition, validity, and professional standing as certificates from classroom-based training providers, and is equally accepted by employers, HR departments, and regulatory authorities across Dublin, all of Ireland, throughout the UK, and across Europe for workplace safety compliance purposes.
Your Emergency First Aid at Workplace Certificate is available for instant download immediately-and we genuinely mean immediately-upon successful completion of the course modules and passing the assessment. There is absolutely no waiting period, no processing time, no manual review required, and no delays of any kind. As soon as you pass the assessment and see the congratulations screen, you can download your official First Aid Cert in professional PDF format and either save it to your device, email it to yourself or your employer, or print it straight away on your home or office printer. This instant certification feature is particularly valuable and appreciated by learners who need their First Aid Certificate urgently-perhaps because they're starting a new job next week that requires current first aid training as a condition of employment, because their employer has an upcoming HSA inspection or audit and needs all designated first aiders to have valid certificates on file, because they need to meet an employer's compliance deadline to maintain their current role, or simply because they don't want to wait and want proof of their achievement immediately. Whether you complete your Emergency First Aid at Workplace Training at 3am on a Sunday morning, 11pm on Christmas Eve, during your lunch break on a random Tuesday, or any other time day or night, your certificate is available for download the moment you successfully finish-our system operates 24/7/365 with no human intervention required for certificate generation. The First Aid Certificate Ireland is professionally designed using high-quality graphics and formatting, and includes all essential details: your full legal name exactly as you entered it during registration, the full course title (Emergency First Aid at Workplace Training), your course completion date, your certificate expiry date (exactly 2 years from completion), a unique verification number for employer verification purposes, full Ireland Safety Training branding and official contact details, and prominent display of our accrediting body logos (CPD and RoSPA). You can download and print your Emergency First Aid at Workplace Certificate as many times as needed from your Ireland Safety Training account dashboard at absolutely no additional cost-whether you need one copy or twenty copies, digital backups across multiple devices, or replacement prints because the original was damaged or lost, you have permanent unlimited access. Both digital PDF versions and physically printed versions of your First Aid Certificate are equally valid, officially recognised, and fully accepted by employers, HR departments, health and safety inspectors, and regulatory bodies across Dublin, all of Ireland, the UK, and Europe.

With a 4.9-star average rating across thousands of independently verified Google reviews and testimonials, Ireland Safety Training is consistently rated as the number one preferred choice for First Aid Training across Dublin and Ireland. Our learners consistently praise the clear, engaging, and professional First Aid Course content that is easy to understand, the smooth and intuitive learning platform that works reliably on all devices, the helpful and responsive customer support team, and the excellent value for money compared to other providers. Major employers across every industry sector, healthcare providers, construction companies, retail chains, hospitality groups, manufacturing facilities, logistics companies, and government organisations across Ireland, the UK and Europe trust, accept, and specifically recommend our Emergency First Aid at Workplace Certificate for their workplace safety compliance requirements.
Yes, absolutely! Every single Emergency First Aid at Workplace Certificate issued by Ireland Safety Training includes a unique verification number prominently displayed on the certificate that employers, HR departments, recruitment agencies, health and safety managers, compliance officers, regulatory inspectors, and other authorised parties can use to instantly confirm the authenticity, validity, and current status of your First Aid Cert. This comprehensive verification system is available online through our website and can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from anywhere in the world. The verification process takes just seconds and provides instant confirmation that your certificate is genuine and was legitimately issued by Ireland Safety Training following successful completion of our accredited course; confirms that the name displayed on the certificate matches the learner who actually completed the training; shows the exact course completion date and certificate expiry date so employers can confirm the certificate is currently valid; verifies that the course completed is CPD Certified and RoSPA Approved, meeting all required accreditation standards; and provides details of the specific course completed to confirm it meets the employer's training requirements. This verification feature is particularly important and frequently used by employers in Dublin, across Ireland, throughout the UK, and in Europe who need to maintain accurate, auditable records of their employees' first aid qualifications for health and safety compliance purposes, HSA inspection readiness, insurance requirements, and due diligence documentation. Many employers, particularly those operating in highly regulated industry sectors such as healthcare, hospitals, nursing homes, construction, building sites, childcare, crèches, schools, food manufacturing, pharmaceutical production, and government services, are specifically required by legislation, regulations, or their insurers to verify that their designated first aiders hold valid, current, and genuinely recognised First Aid Certificates from accredited training providers. Our online verification system makes this compliance process quick, straightforward, and reliable-employers simply visit our verification page, enter the unique certificate number printed on your Emergency First Aid at Workplace Certificate, and receive comprehensive instant confirmation of all relevant details. This verification capability adds an important extra layer of credibility and professional standing to your First Aid Certificate and gives current and prospective employers complete confidence that your Emergency First Aid at Workplace Training was completed properly through a reputable, fully accredited training provider that maintains the highest standards.
Emergency First Aid at Workplace Training and the full First Aid at Work (FAW) course are both valuable qualifications that equip learners with essential life-saving skills, but they differ in duration, depth of content, and suitability for different workplace situations. Emergency First Aid at Workplace Training is a focused, comprehensive course that typically takes approximately 45 minutes to complete online and covers all the essential core first aid skills that are most commonly needed in workplace emergency situations. This Emergency First Aid at Workplace Course covers CPR and basic life support, AED defibrillator use, recovery position, bleeding control, shock management, burns treatment, choking response, and initial management of common workplace injuries. It is the ideal First Aid Training choice for lower-risk workplace environments such as offices, retail shops, small businesses, and workplaces where hazards are relatively low and emergency medical services can respond quickly. The full First Aid at Work (FAW) qualification is a more extensive course that typically takes 3 days for classroom training and covers additional advanced topics in greater depth including specific illnesses, medical conditions, detailed anatomy, extended practical sessions, and more complex emergency scenarios. The FAW course is more appropriate for higher-risk workplaces such as large construction sites, heavy manufacturing facilities, remote locations where emergency services may take longer to arrive, or workplaces with specific high-risk hazards. For most workplaces in Dublin, across Ireland, and throughout the UK and Europe, our Emergency First Aid at Workplace Certificate is fully sufficient to meet HSA and HSE requirements for designated first aiders and provides excellent value and convenience compared to the longer FAW course. The Health and Safety Authority (HSA) in Ireland and the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) in the UK both recognise Emergency First Aid at Workplace Training as appropriate first aid provision for the majority of workplace settings. Our First Aid Online course delivers all the essential knowledge and skills needed to respond effectively to the most common workplace medical emergencies while being accessible, affordable, and convenient for busy working professionals throughout Ireland and Europe.
No, absolutely no prior experience, qualifications, medical background, or previous first aid training is required to enroll in and successfully complete our Emergency First Aid at Workplace Training. Our First Aid Course is specifically designed to be fully accessible and suitable for complete beginners who have never received any first aid training before, as well as those with some existing knowledge who want to update their skills, gain an official First Aid Certificate, or refresh their understanding of current best practices. The Emergency First Aid at Workplace Course content starts from the absolute fundamentals and builds your knowledge systematically, step by step, module by module, explaining each concept clearly with plain language, helpful diagrams, and professional video demonstrations. You don't need any medical background, healthcare experience, scientific knowledge, or previous training-just basic literacy skills to read the course content and a genuine willingness to learn potentially life-saving skills that could one day help you save someone's life. Our First Aid Training Ireland programme is designed to be understood by people from all educational backgrounds, all ages (18+ for workplace certification), and all professions and industries. Whether you work in an office in Dublin, on a construction site in Galway, in a care home in Cork, in a school in Limerick, in a retail store in Belfast, or in any other workplace anywhere across Ireland, the UK, or Europe, our Emergency First Aid at Workplace Course will give you the knowledge and confidence you need to respond effectively in an emergency situation. The course uses clear, jargon-free language, avoids unnecessary medical terminology, and provides visual demonstrations of all practical techniques. By the end of the course, complete beginners consistently tell us they feel confident and prepared to handle workplace emergencies, and our 98% pass rate demonstrates that the overwhelming majority of learners successfully complete the First Aid Training regardless of their starting level of knowledge.
Our Emergency First Aid at Workplace Training is delivered entirely online, which provides maximum flexibility and convenience for learners across Dublin, Ireland, the UK, and Europe. While the course does not include a face-to-face practical assessment component like traditional classroom courses, we have developed highly effective alternative methods to ensure you thoroughly learn and understand all practical first aid techniques. The First Aid Course includes extensive high-quality professional video demonstrations of every practical skill including CPR chest compressions with correct hand positioning, depth, and rate; rescue breathing techniques; the step-by-step process for placing an unconscious breathing casualty into the recovery position; correct AED defibrillator pad placement and operation procedures; direct pressure technique for controlling severe bleeding; wound dressing application; choking response procedures including back blows and abdominal thrusts; and other essential hands-on skills. These videos can be paused, rewound, and replayed as many times as needed until you fully understand each technique. We also provide detailed step-by-step written instructions with annotated photographs showing exactly what to do at each stage, interactive learning activities that test your understanding of practical procedures, and scenario-based questions that help you apply your knowledge to realistic workplace emergency situations. The Health and Safety Authority (HSA) in Ireland and the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) in the UK both accept online Emergency First Aid at Workplace Training as valid first aid provision for workplace designated first aiders, and our First Aid Certificate is fully recognised and accepted by employers across Ireland, the UK, and Europe. Many employers actually prefer online First Aid Training because it eliminates the logistical challenges and costs of arranging classroom sessions, allows employees to learn at their own pace for better knowledge retention, and provides flexibility that doesn't disrupt business operations. For those who want additional hands-on practice, we recommend practicing CPR compressions on a pillow or cushion at home while watching the video demonstrations, which can help reinforce the physical technique alongside the online learning.
Our Emergency First Aid at Workplace Training is available in multiple languages to accommodate the diverse, multicultural workforce across Dublin, Ireland, the UK, and Europe. We recognise that Ireland's workplaces include employees from many different countries and language backgrounds, and we believe everyone should have access to quality First Aid Training in a language they can fully understand and engage with. The Emergency First Aid at Workplace Course is currently available in English, Polish, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Ukrainian, and other languages. When you register for the First Aid Course, you can select your preferred language option, and all course content including text, instructions, video subtitles, and assessment questions will be presented in your chosen language. This multilingual approach ensures that all employees regardless of their native language can achieve full comprehension of potentially life-saving first aid knowledge and techniques. The First Aid Certificate you receive upon completion is issued in English as standard (which is the language accepted by employers and regulatory bodies in Ireland and the UK), but your learning experience throughout the Emergency First Aid at Workplace Training will be in your selected language. This is particularly valuable for employers in Dublin and across Ireland who have Polish, Romanian, Ukrainian, Russian, Spanish, or other non-English speaking team members who need First Aid Training. By offering the course in their native language, we help ensure these employees fully understand all first aid concepts and can respond effectively in emergency situations, rather than potentially missing important information due to language barriers. If you require the Emergency First Aid at Workplace Course in a language not currently listed, please contact our customer support team as we are continually expanding our language offerings to meet the needs of Ireland's diverse workforce.
